I am a Massage & Beauty Therapy Trainer and I facilitate Practitioner Diploma level courses in popular holistic massage and beauty therapies. These are ideal whether you are looking to expand your own expertise in the Massage or Beauty industry or you are just starting out and want to practice on family & friends.
All of the courses are fully accredited by the Guild of Beauty and Holistic Therapies and you will be trained to practitioner diploma level, which are insurable, meaning you can practice professionally on successful completion.
All courses carry CPD points and are planned a few months in advance, however, with discussion I am happy to work around your own individual commitments. The small sized classes ensure quality and one to one attention from your tutor.

Rejuvenating Holistic Facial Massage - A massage, incorporating the neck, face and scalp. The treatment focuses on lymphatic drainage, acupressure and balancing techniques that work on restrictions, congestion, connective tissue and the energy flow of the face. This treatment produces highly visible results that enhance the skins complexion, firms, lifts & tones the facial muscles and connective tissue, reducing wrinkles and greatly improving sagginess within the face, thus promoting a more youthful and vibrant appearance.
Hopi Ear Candling - It is believed that the Ancient Greeks used ear candles, initially for cleansing, purifying and healing on a spiritual basis. The candles work on a chimney principle, drawing any impurities to the surface where they can be gently removed. They equalize the pressure in the head and ears, making them suitable for most conditions.
Beauty Facial Treatment - Facials provide a hygienic, deep-cleansing and relaxing anti ageing treatment for all skin types. Manicure & Pedicure - The purpose of a manicure or pedicure is to help either look after the nails once they are long and strong but also to help the nails get to that position. Treatment incorporates wrist & hand massage, which can also help with the flexibility of the fingers and wrist and hand. A manicure can help improve the strength and shape of the nail. Improving the shape helps prevent ingrown nails or nails lifting from the bed. It also removes lose or dead skin, pushes back the cuticles and also improves their overall appearance.
Thai Foot & Hand Massage - A mixture of stretching movements incorporated with massage techniques, involving stretching, and massage, stimulating reflex points and following the Thai energy lines (Sen). It is said to stimulate the activity of the internal organs, improve the blood and lymph circulation, and thus be hugely beneficial for optimum internal health.
Indian Head Massage - A relaxing treatment, which, as the name suggests, concentrates on massaging the head, but also includes the shoulders, arms & face. Head and scalp massage used alongside simple meditative techniques to provide a simple and effective way to relax.
Thai Seated Massage - Thai massage is a unique form of Bodywork that incorporates Hatha Yoga, acupressure and reflexology with origins dating back about 2500 years. It has a close relationship with Indian Ayurvedic medicine, yoga, traditional Chinese medicine and Japanese Shiatsu. The Thai method uses point pressure, muscle stretching and compression, done in a rhythmic movement of gentle rocking.
* Everything is provided for you including therapy couches, towels, oils, beauty equipment, ear candles etc.
*Please wear comfortable clothing and a vest top for Indian Head Massage, Hopi Ear Candles, Facials, and Holistic Facial Massage.
*You receive a comprehensive manual which includes information on professional etiquette, insurance options, anatomy & physiology, and of course, how to carry out a practical hands-on treatment.
*All courses are accredited with The Professional Beauty Guild/Guild of Holistic Therapists and carry CPD Points.
*During the day you will be practicing on other students and we recommend that once you have completed a course, you spend time practicing on family and friends to get feedback on your techniques.
*Small training groups from 1 -6 students maximum so you gain maximum benefits from your training and have plenty of time to ask your Tutor any questions.
*We use Aromatherapy based products for our facials and you will be able to try samples whilst undertaking the facials training. These can also be purchased for your own use.
